Rooted in care.
Ready for tomorrow.
A holistic education that values the child, challenges the mind and opens up a world of possibility.
Every child.
Every possibility.
Our vision is to create a holistic, safe and nurturing environment in which every child can learn, thrive and develop into an active and positive member of society. Today – Lenasia, tomorrow – South Africa, and then? The whole world to conquer!
Education that
goes further.
Our mission is based on educating learners in ways which extend beyond the classroom. With the highest academic standards in mind, we aim to build learners’ confidence and love for life-long learning.
Our small classes ensure individual attention can be offered to learners, so teachers are able to identify their weaknesses and build on their strengths. We also offer in-house remedial classes to ensure no child is left behind.
With technology and AI steadily taking over the world, we believe in incorporating it into learning, so as to give our learners the best chance at prospering in the future.
Our school embraces learners of every colour, all religions and each creed, so as to foster an environment in which appreciation of one another’s differences are appreciated and celebrated, and similarities are happily shared.
We aim to enhance our learners towards being contributive members of society as we encourage responsibility, kindness, respect and good character.
What makes
a Redwood learner?
A Redwood learner is confident and outspoken, yet respectful and mindful. The skills they learn extend beyond bookwork but can be implemented in the real-world too. We believe in educating learners towards independence and self-accountability, so they grow into adults who are self-aware and capable of anything they set their minds to.
Through our demerit system, our Code of Conduct is implemented successfully so as to ensure discipline and responsibility.
We believe in fostering positive and wholesome Teacher-Learner relationships, so as to create a positive learning environment. Our teachers are easy to contact, ready to assist and determined to guide learners towards success.
Guided by experience.
Driven by care.
Our Redwood family is well-established and ever-growing, as we seek out the best specialist teachers in every subject. Such decisions are made by members of the school board, who take special care to ensure their qualifications and experience will add value to our school. As with our learners, we encourage our teachers to grow through innovation, training and experience.
