What each phase offers.
Little Reds
Ready? Steady? Let’s GROW!
Our Little Reds division prepares the youngest of our learners for an adventure of lifelong learning. We offer a school readiness program in which skills and development are nurtured, setting little learners up with a foundation for success. An orientation guide and Meet & Greet are arranged for parents to familiarize themselves with our thriving environment.
Foundation
In Grades 1, 2 and 3, there’s room to learn, play and be free!
Our Foundation Phase nurtures confidence and holistic development whilst building core academic skills. This includes reading, writing, mathematics and life skills, alongside Multi-Curricular Courses (MCC) which are incorporate sports, arts and technology, enhancing the development of learners in a variety of areas.
Intermediate
Changing bodies and evolving minds, Intermediate Phase is for growth of all kinds!
Our Intermediate Phase transitions learners from the basics to deeper learning, critical thinking and complex organisation. Reading is advanced with deeper enquiry into the greats of literature, hypotheses are proven or debunked, and social skills are fostered so that navigating these tricky years becomes easier.
Senior
Interests change and feelings become strange, the Senior Phase is where we set the stage…
In our Senior Phase, abstract thinking, analysis and critical development is fostered as we set learners up towards becoming successful young adults. With focus on 9 compulsory subjects, including mathematics, the sciences and languages, learners are encouraged to explore it all and discover the strengths they wish to pursue further.
FET
Set up for success, now we step back, and watch you do the rest!
With a strong sense of self and commitment to growth, our FET learners have the confidence and opportunity to select their areas of expertise. With English Home Language, Afrikaans First Additional Language and Life Orientation as their foundations, they have a large variety of subjects to choose from and then thrive in.
From strong foundations
to future choices.
Early learning builds readiness and confidence. As learners progress, they strengthen core skills, deepen their enquiry and prepare to choose subjects that match their interests and goals.
